Earlier today I posted that the gap between the guard hut and the existing fence was being closed. I was wrong. I spoke too soon. What’s happening is a second fence, inside the first one, running parallel to the first one, is being constructed.

This is what already exists where the 17 year olds are detained. It creates a “tunnel” for staff and invited guests to enter through. And it makes it impossible to see through the green covering to the other side.
